Meet Jenny Thompson

Lamaze Certified Educator | VBAC Doula  Placenta Specialist | Lactation Counselor

Jenny has been serving families in the Acadiana region since 2009, offering compassionate guidance grounded in both expertise and a faith-based calling. Her extensive experience includes supporting families in hospitals, birth centers, and homes — attending VBAC, cesarean, and unmedicated births. As a Lamaze Certified Educator, VBAC Doula, Placenta Specialist, and Lactation Counselor, she provides comprehensive care that integrates evidence-based knowledge with spiritual encouragement. With degrees from Louisiana State University and the University of Washington, Jenny is uniquely gifted in translating complex birth information into clear, empowering guidance for families. Located in the heart of Lafayette, she is ideally positioned near all major birthing facilities. Nearly two decades of service have shaped her reputation for steadfast peace, professionalism, and a heartfelt commitment to honoring the sacredness of birth as a God-designed journey.

Meet Taylor Cincore

Holistic Birth + Postpartum Doula

Taylor Cincore is a Holistic Birth and Postpartum Doula with certifications in Childbirth Education and over four years of experience serving families in her community. She has completed three doula certification programs, demonstrating her commitment to excellence and continuous learning. Taylor is passionate about promoting positive birth outcomes and believes that healthy childbirth should remain a cornerstone of community well-being.

She specializes in the eight laws of health, principles that are essential for supporting a healthy pregnancy, birth, postpartum recovery, and overall healing. Taylor’s mission is to guide and empower you and your family through one of the most meaningful journeys of your life. By trusting your body and embracing these health principles, you can take confident steps toward a strong, healthy birth experience.

Meet Lauren David

Birth Doula | RN | IBCLC

Lauren David is a mom of three, a registered nurse with over 22 years in maternal-child health, and an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) for 14 years. For the past two years, she has also been serving families as a birth doula, blending her clinical expertise with a warm, holistic approach.
She is a strong advocate for natural, physiologic birth and offers calm, compassionate support throughout labor.When medical interventions become necessary, she believes in empowering families through informed decision-making, ensuring their voices are heard and respected every step of the way. In addition to doula services, Lauren is also available for in-home lactation consultations, providing gentle, personalized support, no matter what stage of the feeding journey families are in.

Meet Hope Breaux

Birth Doula

Hope Breaux is a certified birth doula through ICBD with several years of experience supporting women and families during one of the most transformative journeys of their lives—birth. She is deeply committed to empowering each mother to use her voice, build confidence, and remain in control of her birth experience. Hope believes that every woman deserves compassionate, individualized care, and she is dedicated to walking beside her clients every step of the way.Hope’s calling to birth work was inspired by her late mother-in-law, a cherished doula within their church community. Before her passing from cancer, she entrusted Hope with the continuation of her legacy—a responsibility Hope carries with profound honor and purpose.
It is Hope’s mission to ensure every birth she attends is safe, supported, and truly reflective of each mother’s unique desires and values.

Meet Madelyn Benoit

Birth Doula

Madelyn Benoit has had a passion for birth for as long as she can remember and views her work as a doula as a calling rather than a career. She holds a deep belief in the significance of birth and has witnessed firsthand the strength, peace, and beauty that emerge when women are supported with compassion and care. Madelyn offers more than physical comfort and advocacy—she provides a calm, steady presence rooted in prayer and faith.

Whether offering reassurance through each contraction or guiding a mother back to peace when fear arises, Madelyn’s approach is inspired by the example of Christ’s presence—bringing comfort, confidence, and unwavering support. She understands the vulnerability of birth and is devoted to ensuring that each family feels genuinely cared for and reminded of the One who tenderly holds every moment.

Meet Brittany Henderson

Birth Doula

Brittany Henderson is a dedicated birth professional affiliated with the International Childbirth Education Association (ICEA). In addition to her doula work, she serves her community as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and a foster parent through DCFS. Brittany plans to continue her education through the SLCC Nursing Program, with the goal of becoming a Registered Nurse and pursuing a career in midwifery. Passionate about living an active lifestyle, she has a deep love for children and a strong commitment to helping others. Her decision to become a doula was inspired by her desire to support, empower, and advocate for mothers during childbirth, as well as to honor her mother, Brenda, and her best friend, Linda.

Meet Crysta Hebert

Birth Doula

Crysta Hebert’s heart is to walk alongside families through the sacred journey of bringing life into the world. She believes that mother and baby share one intertwined story—where their outcomes are connected, not separate. Crysta views birth not as a medical event, but as a natural and transformative part of life that deserves deep respect, compassion, and balance. She is passionate about supporting mothers through breastfeeding and the postpartum season, equipping them with the confidence, peace, and resources they need to thrive. Her mission is to create a nurturing space where every mother feels truly seen and every baby is welcomed with love and intention.
